Public Use

• The two eastern fields shall be available for unstructured general public use without charge at times convenient for the public.
• At least 60% of daytime use during a week shall be set aside for free unstructured use by the general public.
• The term “public use” does not allow for organized groups to bypass the paying of fees for the use of the fields

Soccer Event, In-Season

Single Team Practice Session $55 per hour/field
Single Scrimmage/Game (2 hrs) $100 per game/field

Regular Practice Sessions per team

1-20 sessions per season (fall or spring) $50 per hour/field
21-40 sessions per season (fall or spring) $45 per hour/field
41-60 sessions per4 season (fall or spring) $40 per hour/field

Regularly Scheduled League Play per team**

1-6 games per season (fall or spring) $100 per game/field
7-12 games per season (fall or spring) $90 per game/field
12+ games per season (fall or spring) $80 per game/field

Clinic or Camps

1-6 hours (1 day) $220 per field
7-12 hours (2 days) $400 per field
13-18 hours (3 days) $560 per field
19-24 hours (4 days) $600 per field
25-30 hours (5 days) $720 per field

Tournament Single Day

** Multiple teams from the same organization will be eligible to receive a decrease in per field use.

Out-of-season (Off Peak) hours will be calculated by using a 0.8 factor.

Non-soccer organizations requesting to schedule and use the fields will be charged a factor of 1.2 what soccer clubs pay, and GSA, along with the County, may choose to not rent the fields for some sports due to the possible destruction of the turf. All non-soccer requests will require approval by GSA Director of Coaching and Director of Competition.
